Traditional Braces
Braces have been the staple of orthodontics for decades, but today they are less bulky and feel much more comfortable than previously. Dr. Aguilar uses CAD/CAM software to show the patient the ideal position for their teeth, and he even provides a comprehensive 30 page report on his roadmap to get the results you want.
As each dental patient is different, so is the length of time it will take for traditional braces to straighten teeth. In general, the average is 1 to 3 years. Invisalign Clear Teeth Straightening
Invisalign straightens teeth invisibly. There are no metal brackets, wires, rubber bands or springs involved. Instead, Dr. Aguilar uses his diagnostics to create a custom, clear plastic tray that fits over your current teeth. The aligners are changed out about every two weeks for a new one, which continues to put gentle pressure on the teeth in order to move them into the correct position.
